Pick your role. Get the right prompt.
84 highly specific prompts across 7 professional roles. Each one turns a chatbot into a domain expert, pre-briefed with the frameworks, vocabulary and questions that role actually uses. Open any of them in the model you already use.
Explain it to Claude once. Never again after that.
A skill is a small file that teaches Claude how you do something: your format, your rules, your template. You upload it once and from then on Claude uses it on its own. Download a ready one, or build your own in ten minutes, no code.
Inside there is a text file with the steps and rules, plus any templates or scripts it needs. You can open it and read it.
No need to switch it on. Ask "make slides from these notes" and Claude sees there is a skill for that.
It runs in your own Claude account. This site never sees what you put into it.
What do you want to do faster?
Pick one and we point you to the right skill.
Skill Maker
Claude asks you a few plain questions about the task you repeat, writes the skill, tests it on a real example of yours and hands it back ready to upload. Made for people who have never seen a skill.
- Try saying
- Make me a skill for the weekly status email I send my managerI always turn supplier quotes into the same comparison table, can you make that a skill?
- Bring
- One real example of what you start from, and the result you were happy with.
Quick Slides
From notes, a document or a messy idea to a clear deck. First the story, one message per slide, then the PowerPoint with speaker notes.
- Try saying
- Turn these notes into 8 slides for tomorrow's team meetingMake a deck from this report for the board, they need to approve the budget
- You get
- A storyline to approve, then a .pptx you can open in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
Company Slides
Give it the company template and a few good decks: it learns the style and builds new decks in the template's real layouts. It also reworks existing decks. And it can package the style as your own skill, so you never explain it again.
- Try saying
- Here is our template and two decks people like. Learn the style.Move this old deck into the new template and cut it to 10 slides
- Bring
- The template (.pptx or .potx) and 2 or 3 example decks. Check your company's rules before uploading internal files.
Meeting Notes
From a Teams, Zoom or Meet transcript, or quick notes, to a short recap: decisions, who does what by when, open questions. Plus the follow-up email, already written.
- Try saying
- Here is the transcript of today's call, give me the recap and the follow-up
- Good to know
- It never invents an owner or a deadline. If nobody took it on, it says so.
Job Scout
From your CV it builds a search profile: role titles, locations, the same filters LinkedIn uses. It turns that into ready LinkedIn search links and official LinkedIn job alerts, searches for openings now and ranks them with reasons. Then it sets up a weekly routine that shows only new jobs.
- Try saying
- Here is my CV, I'm looking for product manager roles in Milan or remoteRun job scout, only this week's new openings
- You get
- A profile to keep in a Claude project, LinkedIn links with your filters, alerts to switch on in one click, and a short list: strong, worth a look, skipped.
- Recommended: once a week. A weekly routine with the "past week" filter is enough to miss nothing.
- Official LinkedIn alerts and web search are the safe path: no risk to your account.
- The LinkedIn connector is an advanced, unofficial option: it reads LinkedIn with your account, may break LinkedIn's terms and can lead to checks, restrictions or suspension of your account. Never more than once a week, never in bulk.
- Results can be incomplete or expired: always check the original posting before applying.
- You use it under your own responsibility. CiaoMirta is not liable for how the skill or the connector is used, or for any consequence to your account.
Two minutes, once.
Don't unzip it: you upload the .zip as it is. Every skill carries an illustrated guide: once it is installed, ask Claude "how does this work?" and it shows it to you, ready to pass on to a colleague.
- Open Settings → Capabilities and make sure Code execution and file creation is on.
- In the Skills section, click Upload skill and choose the .zip you downloaded.
- Open a new chat and ask normally, for example "make slides from these notes". Claude uses the skill on its own.
- Unzip the file into
~/.claude/skills/to have it in every project, or into.claude/skills/inside one repository to share it with the team through git. - Check the folder sits directly there, for example
~/.claude/skills/quick-slides/SKILL.md. - Start a new session and ask for the task. Claude Code loads the skill when the request matches.
Your own skill, in five steps.
Install Skill Maker and Claude walks you through it. You bring the knowledge of the job, it does the writing.
What do you keep redoing? The more specific, the better.
What you start from and a result you liked.
Who it's for, what format, always and never.
Claude runs it on your example, you say what's off.
You get the .zip, upload it, done.
Use the skill-maker skill. I want a skill for: [the task you repeat]. Here is an example of what I start from and what I deliver.
Which Claude plan do I need?
Skills need code execution to be available on your account. If you see a Skills section under Settings → Capabilities, you're set. If you don't, your plan or your company's admin hasn't enabled it yet.
Is it safe to upload my company's template?
The skill and anything you upload stay in your Claude account; this site never receives them. Still, check your company's policy on using AI tools with internal documents before you upload them, especially on a personal account.
Does it work with ChatGPT or Gemini?
The .zip format is Claude's. But a skill is plain text: open SKILL.md and paste it into a custom GPT or a Gem as instructions. The steps and rules carry over; the scripts that build PowerPoint files only run in Claude.
Can I change a skill?
Yes. Open the .zip, edit SKILL.md in any text editor, zip the folder again and re-upload. Or give it to Claude with Skill Maker and say what you want different.
What's the difference with the prompts above?
A Prompt Library prompt sets up one conversation and you paste it each time. A skill stays installed, triggers on its own, and can carry files like your template.
Does Job Scout need the LinkedIn connector?
No. Without it, Job Scout builds LinkedIn's official search links and alerts and searches the web: that is the recommended way. The connector is optional, not made or endorsed by LinkedIn, and its setup guide is inside the skill with all the warnings. If you use it, at most once a week and under your own responsibility.
How does the weekly routine work?
If your Claude offers scheduled tasks, Job Scout creates one, for example Mondays at 8:00, that searches only jobs from the past week, so each run shows only what is new. If it doesn't, the LinkedIn alerts still arrive weekly, and you can paste the alert email into a chat to have it ranked against your CV.
